Attraction, Compatability, and Partnership

Soulmates find each other through Attraction. The more uniquely drawn to another we are, the greater probability that we have found a Soulmate.  Attraction is the indispensable spark that brings people to the point of overcoming the programmed fears the ego is prone to, so an interaction can begin.

In astrology attraction is shown, primarily, by how one person's birth structure (the attractee) internalizes the other person's Solar Projection (the attractor).

Compatibility makes it possible for people to be around each other for extended periods without too much upset.  Compatibility is measured both by how many areas of each others lives can be shared smoothly and by degree of smoothness.

Broadly speaking, people should at least be compatible sexually, mentally and in their daily habit patterns.

Partnership is best seen as a third entity created by the combined expressions of the two partners.  In astrology, a new horoscope is drawn from the midpoints between the two people's individual birth charts. This new horoscope describes quite well the character of the partnership.  From each partner's perspective, this composite chart describes the purpose of their coming together.
